Edward Segal Edward Segal is the executive officer, government affairs director, and communications director of the Marin Association of REALTORS. Segal’s unique background spans politics, journalism, and public relations. Prior to joining MAR in 2003, he was the marketing strategies columnist for The Wall Street Journal’s Web site for entrepreneurs; author of the PR/marketing handbook, Getting Your 15 Minutes of Fame, and More; and a PR consultant whose clients included the Consumer Electronics Show, Marriott Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and more than two dozen trade associations. He previously served as the press secretary and legislative assistant to members of Congress on Capitol Hill, and was campaign aide for presidential and congressional campaigns across the country. |

| Mary Anne Heffernan Operations Manager 415- 507-1016 MaryAnne@MarinCountyREALTORS.com Mary Anne joined MAR in 2005. She was born and raised in Marin. She has a Bachelors Degree from Sonoma State and a teaching credential from Dominican College. Before coming to MAR, she spent 20 years in the gift industry and most recently worked as a trade show manager and events planner. As operations manager for the new MAR, Mary Anne works with leadership and staff to develop and implement the many events, programs and activities for MAR's members, as well as managing the daily operations. She is also the Professional Standards Adminstrator for MAR and handles the processing of all complaints. |

In addition to assisting MAR’s CEO and operations manager, BettyRuth writes the weekly MAR Update, maintains MAR’s historical records and photos and provides committee support. |

She is the contact for any issues or questions concerning lockbox keys & boxes and assists members with their questions about dues, transfers, etc. She grew up in Marin and earned her experience working for years in the administrative and customer service field. |

| Deborah Stone Front Desk/Store Administrator 415- 507-1000 DeborahS@MarinCountyREALTORS.com Deborah Stone has been at MAR since 2003. She comes to us from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School campus in San Francisco where she worked in admissions. She is our front desk and MAR store coordinator. Her duties at MAR include handling the phones, greeting and answering questions for our REALTOR® members who stop by the office, ordering and selling REALTOR® products for the MAR store, as well as ordering and distributing CAR forms for our member offices. |
